We suggest some simple ways to care for your pieces.
Clean all pieces using a soft cloth to avoid any fingerprints and marks and to maintain the original lustre. All our pieces are plated with gold and secured with a high quality coating to increase the life of the plating. In cities with moist air, we suggest to keep sterling silver pieces in a plastic sealed pouch to avoid tarnishing. The enamel art on our pieces is delicate and brittle. Keep each piece individually to avoid any scratches.
We recommend any application of perfume or hairspray before wearing the jewellery.
All Silver jewellery needs to be stored in resealable pouch when not in use. Sterling silver tarnishes naturally and any gold plated jewellery loses colour over time. At times, normal wear and tear causes colour to fade out. Proper care for jewellery and avoiding water helps increase the life of a piece.

We ship through any standard courier service throughout India and via registered post. Indian Post Office, DHL or Aramex outside India.
Transit time for international orders is usually 7-10 working days and domestic orders 2-5 working days. Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless the product has a different shipping timeline mentioned. Personalised items are made to order and take the stipulated time to dispatch as mentioned on the product page. These orders will not be cancelled once placed.
We don't charge any extra shipping cost on domestic orders. On international orders we charge an extra amount for shipping.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency, they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.
It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.
As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that's delivered in the best of condition.
Custom made orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will re-fulfill your order upon verification. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 10 working days.
Our pieces are handcrafted and slight variation in color and form is considered acceptable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the product delivery.
AZGA is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay - for any international order.
